In the new, 175-seat dining room and seasonal patio, the chef-driven team is reinventing legendary dishes and honoring that unmistakable Timberfire atmosphere.

Featuring elevated, locally-inspired comfort food, the menu is layered with flavors and favorites. Think hand-stretched pizzas, savory burgers and slow-roasted entrees. Add in crisp salads and chef-made desserts for a dining experience that’s modern, rustic and irresistibly Timberfire.

A menu of memories + magic

The original Timberfire restaurant was beloved by everyone who walked through the doors. It was Chef Kimberly’s first restaurant job, where she fell in love with serving great food and with the true meaning of hospitality.

The restaurant was sadly lost to fire in 2005, but the Gibson family had always hoped to recreate the incredible warmth, magic and togetherness felt in the Timberfire kitchen, bar and booths.  With thanks to the Dolan family for their blessing, The Hive team is excited to carry forward this restaurant’s rich history and wonderful, welcoming glow.

“This is where I saw for the first time where people would walk in and the hostess knew you.

The bartender had your drink ready. The server knew all your kids’ names. The team worked so hard to make all guests feel valued and appreciated. They knew someone was choosing to spend their hard-earned dollars with them for the evening and they never took that gesture for granted. I have carried that with me for the past 25 years. I found my passion there, and I will forever be grateful to the original Timberfire team for setting the course of my career and taking me under their wing.”

Gathering once again

To further honor Timberfire history, guests may notice both décor and menu items inspired by the original. In addition, many of the trees that once stood outside the former location have been carefully relocated to the front entryway to establish new roots at The Hive.
