While working and raising our family here, we started imagining a something-for-everyone community gathering place. A place where families and friends can come together for food, music, movies or just because it’s Wednesday.
So, we decided to create one. A space that feels like a big, comfy, living room in the center of the Chagrin Valley. We’re calling it The Hive. Set to open in the spring of 2026.
The Hive will be a unique collection of family-friendly eateries and entertainment venues. Where beyond menus or events, you’ll find conversations and connections and community. And we’ll take every opportunity to serve what really, truly feeds people.

At the Hive, you’ll find a little bit of everything. Since we’re chefs, that means food first.
Hungry Bee, our to-go catery, will have a new home in the Hive. As will a new take on a long-time favorite restaurant, Timberfire. Plus, Concessions, a gourmet snack counter, and the Beer Garden, well a seasonal beer garden. Family entertainment options will include The Woodshed, a live music venue; Screens, a reimagined theater space for movies and events; and Goods, an Ohio-made marketplace.

Chagrin Valley Rotary Gala
The Rotary Club of Chagrin Valley’s Community Gala & Fundraiser is the first event to be held at Honey Hill. All proceeds from the gala will directly support the Rotary Club of Chagrin Valley’s charitable programs.
